Temporary Water Disinfectant Change- March 2-30

The North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) will temporarily change its water disinfectant process beginning March 2nd.  This is an annual, routine maintenance to ensure high water quaility.

What to expect:

  • Your water remains safe to drink and use
  • You may notice a slight change in taste or odor - this is normal and temporary.
  • This process is approve by state and federal regulations for public health.
