Fire Department Donations

You have the option to contribute a monthly donation to our local Volunteer Fire Departments, College Mound Fire Department and Elmo Fire Department, automatically on your water bill. 

You select the Fire Department you wish to make donations to and the amount you want included on your monthly water bill.

Compete and return this form to College Mound SUD.

Additionally, your water bill stub contains a place you can also indicate your donation amount and choice of Fire Department for a one time donation and include that amount in your payment.  View copy of bill here.
