Tuesday, July 26, 2022, the Board of Directors approved an increase to the base portion of our monthly rates.  This increase is due to an increase to us by NTMWD (.40/per 1000 gallons) and the City of Terrell (.44/per 1000 gallons), on our annual contracts.  This increases our cost for our water contracts $138,800.  Dividing is equally by our connections, it increases our customers' base rate $3.50/per month.  The new base rate for standard residential services will be $37.50 and will become effective October 1, 2022 and will be seen on your bill due November 1, 2022.  (The last time we increased our base rate was 2016.)
