Customer Portal

We have a new tool for our customers to utilize that will enable you to track your water usage, set parameters for high usage alerts, and receive notifications.

Our Customer Portal is now available and we are so excited to have this available for you.  If we have an email address in our billing system for you, you may have already received an email with these instructions.

The majority of our system will transmit readings every three hours with an hourly usage report/graph; however, the most southern part of our system (south of Hwy 243) may only transmit readings every twenty-four hours.  We are working towards the installation of an additional tower that will resolve this issue.

Please see the attached step-by-step instructions that will guide you through downloading the app on your iPhone or Android phone, and/or your computer or laptop. (click on "step-by-step instructions" above.)

We hope this new tool will enable you to easily track your usage and get alerts for excessive usage that you set the parameters to receive.
