Adoption of new rates & fees

May 30, 2023 The Board of Directors passed Ordinance 2023-01 pertaining to the Adoption of the following fees:
Tap Fee increase from $5,055 to $6,500 (When a new service is requested - increase will be used for new water source)
Service Trip Fee increase from $100/per hour to $150/per hour (when an after hours call exists for a leak on customers' side of the meter)
Administration Fee $35 (utilized for new services and included in Tap Fee)
New Service Water Rates shall have an additional $5/per month base rate and .25/per 1,000 gallons over normal rates (this does not affect existing customers and be utilized for new water source)
Emergency Response Fee: Minimum charge $500 then $250/per hour (where District property is damaged and a loss of water condition exist)
The above named fees will become effective July 1, 2023
