December Water Bills

With the new billing system came complications with the billing format which caused the bills due Dec 10th to mail out late.  Instead of the deadline of Nov 25th, the bills were mailed out on Nov 29th, four days later. Beginning this month, the bills will be mailed in an envelope.  If you have not already received this month's bill, you should receive it any day.  You can also go to our website and create a profile and you can view your bill there.  If you did not get an email from us previously with a NEW account number and CID number, please call the office and the ladies in Customer Support will be happy to help you.  Our phones are extremely busy, please be patient and your call will be answered as soon as possible. 

Because of the late mailing, payments will be due Dec 15th instead of Dec 10th.
