THE NEW BILLING SYSTEM AND CUSTOMER PORTAL IS LIVE

We have finally gone LIVE with the new Customer Portal and payment system. 

If you have received a previous email from us, head on over to collegemoundwater.com click on BILL PAYMENT the PAY YOUR BILL NOW to set up your Customer Portal by REGISTERING.  You can see your bills, payment history, usage, set up auto pay, eBills, pay by eCheck, debit/credit card manually every month, and more

If you have not received an email earlier in the day from us, you can call the officer in the morning and we will be happy to give you the information you need. 

Use our NEW Phone Pay system by calling 972-460-0868 (you will need your customer number and CID)

If you were previously set up for auto pay, you no longer are and you will need to REGISTER and set up auto pay again. 

Thank you for your patience while we have worked through this process the past several days, we know if was stressful for some trying to make payments online.
