July 26, 2022 at a regularly called Boad of Directors' Meeting, new deposit and monthly fees for a construction meter were approved by the Board of Directors. 

The Refundable Deposit shall be $3,000 for expected water usage up to 100,000 gallons per month.  An additional $1,000 Refundable Deposit shall be required for each additional 100,000 gallons of expected water usage per month.

A base rate of $544 shall be billed monthly in addition to the actual usage, billed at the highest rate tier.
